Important note: my qualifications for doing a glitch is always to make sure the price is much lower that buying the items at a cheaper price than i can get them at day Walmart. I checked my dog treats and the lowest price i could find them was $2.99 which is how much i found them for on chewy.
The reason this is a glitch is they do not typically allow 2 discounts to work together.
