Class Action Settlements No Proof of Purchase Necessary

Under the terms of the Dole settlement, class members can receive a cash payment for the products they purchased. 

Without proof of purchase, class members can receive a refund of up to $9. With proof of purchase, class members can receive a larger refund of up to $18.

As part of the settlement, Dole has agreed to remove “100% juice” claims from its product packaging or take other action to make its packaging more accurate.

Up to $3500 in T-Shirt Class Action Lawsuit Settlement

Plaintiffs in the data breach class action lawsuit claim Pro Wrestling Tees failed to protect their personal information from a data breach discovered in November 2021. According to Wrestling Inc., the data breach compromised personal information and payment card data.

Pro Wrestling Tees is a wrestling apparel retailer operated by Creative Ventures Inc. 

Creative Ventures hasn’t admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to resolve the data breach class action lawsuit.

Under the terms of the settlement, class members can receive up to $3,500 for unreimbursed data breach losses. This includes bank fees, communication charges, travel expenses, credit costs, monetary losses due to fraud or identity theft and up to four hours of lost time at a rate of $15 per hour. 

Losses will only be reimbursed if they have not already been reimbursed through credit monitoring insurance or identity theft insurance and occurred between Nov. 1, 2021, and Aug. 17, 2023.

Stonewall Kitchen of York, Maine is recalling a limited amount of their Peanut Butter Maltballs (6oz.) because the product contains undeclared allergens: Soy, Wheat, Peanuts. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts, wheat, and/or soy run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

This product was distributed through Stonewall Kitchen Company retail stores located in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

To date, Stonewall Kitchen has not experienced any problems or received complaints about these products. No injuries or illnesses have been reported to date. The issue was discovered by a Stonewall Kitchen store staff member.

If consumers with allergies or sensitivities to soy, wheat, or peanuts have any of the above product, they should not consume the product and return it to place of purchase for a full refund or discard it.
