This is the Dollar General penny policy from the employees handbook. Print it out and keep it with you at all times. If the Dollar General employees refuse to sell you penny items, show them this policy and tell them you know they are suppose to sell you items for a penny.
Bouns’ & Raise's for Dollar General Employees?!
Our sources tell us Dollar General will give a raise to all employees working May 8th. Part time employees will get $1 raise for every hour worked. Full time employees are suppose to get a $300 bonus. Store managers are suppose to get a $400 bonus. Store managers are also suppose to get their quarterly bonus early.
Dollar General has not responded to our email at this time to confirm this but we are told this information is true by multiple sources.

Our sources are telling us as of 3/17/20 Dollar General will not be under regular operating hours because of the coronavirus. From 8 a.m to 9 a.m. the retail chain will not be open to the general public. They will allow the sickly and elderly in to shop for the 1st hour before letting others in.
We have an EPIC list of surprise pennies and all I can say is…lets hope they aren’t penny shoppers. Or even better I suppose the elderly can stock up on PENNY SOCKS.
